A tender movement class with Clara Cafiero, Italian dance artist and movement researcher based in Munich. An hour and a quarter where movement isn't performed but received — before words, before effort, before judgment. A soft return to what science calls interoception: the body's quiet sense of itself.

Clara stays for a 90-minute Gyrokinesis® workshop: Developed in the 1980s by dancer Juliu Horvath, this workshop teaches you a flowing system of spiral movement, breath, and rhythm. Clara incorporates it as a somatic practice — a way to mobilise the spine and reawaken what she calls the Seed Center: the core in the pelvic area from which movement, creativity, and life force naturally arise. No prior experience needed.
